We are pleased to introduce the new addition to our company, Cunningham Custom Homes. Our new division builds custom homes at an affordable price, with your plans or ours.

We have Cunningham homes under construction in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. Come visit us at The Legacy at Saybrook (West Mobile), The Woodlands at Saraland (Saraland), Dorsey Woods (Daphne), and Bellaton (Daphne).

You can buy a home in one of our communities, or that same home can be built ON YOUR LOT. If the house needs to be “flexed” to fit your needs, we can accommodate that, too.

Our buying power allows us to pass discount prices onto our customers. We use premium products like “Blu Wood” at no additional cost to our customers. We offer 3 cm granite at the same price for 2 cm granite. And if our customers request a specific product, we will get it.  Our workmanship is superb and we back it up.
